This section describes how to delete a custom monitoring dashboard.

Warning

A custom monitoring dashboard cannot be recovered after deletion. Please perform this operation with caution.

Prerequisites

You need to join a cluster or project and have the Monitoring Management permission in the cluster or project. For more information, please refer to Cluster Roles and Project Roles.

Delete a Single Custom Monitoring Dashboard

  1. Log in to the KubeSphere web console with a user who has Monitoring Management permissions and enter your cluster or workspace.

  2. Click Monitoring & Alerting > Custom Monitoring in the left navigation pane.

  3. Select a project from the drop-down list in the upper left corner of the page.

  4. On the right side of the custom monitoring dashboard you want to delete, click more, and then select Delete from the dropdown list.

  5. In the Delete Custom Monitoring Dashboard dialog box, enter the name of the custom monitoring dashboard, and then click OK.

Delete Multiple Custom Monitoring Dashboards in Batch

  1. Log in to the KubeSphere web console with a user who has Monitoring Management permissions and enter your cluster or workspace.

  2. Click Monitoring & Alerting > Custom Monitoring in the left navigation pane.

  3. Select the checkbox on the left of the custom monitoring dashboard you want to delete, and then click Delete above the custom monitoring dashboard list.

  4. In the Batch Delete Custom Monitoring Dashboards dialog box, enter the name of the custom monitoring dashboard, and then click OK.

    Use commas (,) and spaces to separate multiple names.
