This section describes how to view the rankings of projects by resource usage.

Prerequisites

  • You need to join a cluster and have the Monitoring View permission in the cluster. For more information, see Cluster Members and Cluster Roles.

  • The WizTelemetry Monitoring extension must be installed and enabled on the KubeSphere platform.

View Usage Rankings

  1. Log in to the KubeSphere web console with a user who has Monitoring View permissions and enter your cluster.

  2. Click Monitoring & Alerting > Application Monitoring in the left navigation pane.

  3. On the Application Monitoring page, click the Usage Rankings tab to view the resource usage of various projects.

    • Click the dropdown list in the upper-left corner of the list to choose to sort projects by CPU Usage, Memory Usage, Pod Count, Outbound Traffic, or Inbound Traffic.

    • Click the sort-ascending/sort-descending icons in the top left corner of the list to sort in ascending/descending order.

    • Click Export in the upper right corner of the list to download resource usage data in JSON format.
