This section describes how to sort nodes by the usage of specific resources.

Prerequisites

  • You need to join a cluster and have the Monitoring View permission in the cluster. For more information, see Cluster Members and Cluster Roles.

  • The WizTelemetry Monitoring extension must be installed and enabled on the KubeSphere platform.

Steps

  1. Log in to the KubeSphere web console with a user who has Monitoring View permissions and enter your cluster.

  2. Click Monitoring & Alerting > Cluster Monitoring in the left navigation pane.

  3. On the Cluster Monitoring page, click the Resource Usage Ranking tab to view the resource usage of each node.

    • Click the dropdown list in the top-left corner to select sorting nodes by CPU usage, CPU average load, memory usage, disk usage, Inode usage, or pod usage.

    • Click the sort-ascending/sort-descending icons in the top left corner of the list to sort in ascending/descending order.

    • Click Export in the upper right corner of the list to download resource usage data in JSON format.
