This section describes how to view the grayscale release task list.

Prerequisites

  • You need to join a project and have the View Service Mesh permission in the project. For more information, see Project Members and Project Roles.

  • The KubeSphere Service Mesh extension needs to be installed and enabled on the KubeSphere platform.

Steps

  1. Log in to the KubeSphere web console with a user who has View Service Mesh permissions and enter your workspace.

  2. Click Grayscale Release > Grayscale Release in the left navigation pane.

  3. On the Grayscale Release page, click Release Tasks to open the grayscale release task list.

    The grayscale release task list provides the following information:

    Parameter Description

    Name

    The name, application, release mode, and service of the grayscale release task.

    Version

    The version numbers and pod replica counts for the old and new versions.

    Traffic

    The number of requests per second for the old and new versions.

    Request Success Rate

    The percentage of successful requests for the old and new versions.

    Request Latency

    The average request latency for the old and new versions.
