This section describes how to view the volume snapshot list.

Prerequisites

  • The KubeSphere Storage extension must be installed and enabled on the KubeSphere platform.

  • You need to join a cluster or project and have the Volume Snapshot Viewing permission in the cluster or project. For more information, please refer to Cluster Roles and Project Roles.

Steps

  1. Log in to the KubeSphere web console as a user with Volume Snapshot Viewing permissions and enter your cluster or workspace.

  2. Click Storage > Volume Snapshots in the left navigation pane.

    • The volume snapshot list provides the following information:

      Parameter Description

      Name

      The name and alias of the volume snapshot.

      Status

      The current status of a volume snapshot.

      • Ready: The volume snapshot and the corresponding volume snapshot content have been created successfully.

      • Not Ready: The volume snapshot and the corresponding volume snapshot content are being created, creation has failed, or the volume snapshot is being deleted.

      Project

      The project to which the volume snapshot belongs.

      Volume Snapshot Content

      The name of the volume snapshot content.

      Capacity

      The capacity of a volume snapshot corresponds to the capacity of the persistent volume.

      Creation Time

      The creation time of the volume snapshot.
