Delete Volume Snapshot Class
This section describes how to delete a volume snapshot class.

After a volume snapshot class is deleted, the volume snapshots and volume snapshot contents created based on it will not be deleted. However, users will no longer be able to use this volume snapshot class to save snapshot data to the backend storage system. |
Prerequisites

The KubeSphere Storage extension must be installed and enabled on the KubeSphere platform.

You need to join a cluster and have the Volume Snapshot Class Management permission in the cluster. For more information, see Cluster Members and Cluster Roles.
Delete a Single Volume Snapshot Class

Log in to the KubeSphere web console with a user who has Volume Snapshot Class Management permissions and enter your cluster.

Click Storage > Volume Snapshot Classes in the left navigation pane.

Click
on the right of the volume snapshot class you want to delete, and then select Delete from the drop-down list.

In the Delete Volume Snapshot Class dialog box, enter the name of the volume snapshot class, and then click OK.
Delete Volume Snapshot Classes in Batches

Log in to the KubeSphere web console with a user who has Volume Snapshot Class Management permissions and enter your cluster.

Click Storage > Volume Snapshot Classes in the left navigation pane.

Select the checkboxes on the left of the volume snapshot classes you want to delete, and then click Delete above the list.

In the Delete Volume Snapshot Classes in Batches dialog box, enter the name of the volume snapshot, and then click OK.
Note Use commas (,) and spaces to separate multiple names.
