This section describes how to disable a project gateway.

Warning

After the gateway is disabled, clients will be unable to access services reverse-proxied by the gateway, which may interrupt related business operations. Please perform this operation with caution.

Prerequisites

  • The KubeSphere Gateway extension must be installed and enabled on the KubeSphere platform.

  • You need to join a project and have the Project Gateway Management permission in the project. For more information, see Project Members and Project Roles.

Steps

  1. Log in to the KubeSphere web console with a user who has Project Gateway Management permissions and enter your workspace.

  2. Click Workspace Settings > Gateway Settings in the left navigation pane.

  3. Click the Project Gateway tab to enter the project gateway page.

  4. Select a project from the drop-down list in the upper left corner of the page.

  5. To the right of the gateway you want to operate on, click more, then select Delete from the dropdown list.

  6. In the dialog box that appears, enter the name of the gateway, then click OK.
