The WizTelemetry Platform Service is the common service for all extensions within the WizTelemetry Observability Platform. It serves as a common APIServer for all observability extensions, providing shared backend platform services.

Configuration Notes:

  • Modifying the configuration of the WizTelemetry Platform Service extension can work in conjunction with the WizTelemetry Global Monitoring extension to enable global monitoring and global alerting features. For more information, please refer to WizTelemetry Global Monitoring.

  • When configuring OpenSearch log receivers for WizTelemetry Logging, WizTelemetry Auditing, WizTelemetry Events, and notification history, if you need to use multiple OpenSearch databases, please refer to the description on the details page of the "WizTelemetry Platform Service" extension in the Extensions Center.
