Delete Persistent Volume Claim
This section describes how to delete a PersistentVolumeClaim.

A PersistentVolumeClaim cannot be recovered after deletion, and by default, the corresponding PersistentVolume will also be deleted. Please perform this operation with caution to avoid data loss. |
Prerequisites

The Federated Application Management extension must be installed and enabled on the KubeSphere platform.

You need to join a federated project and have the Federated Project Management permission in the corresponding workspace.

Please back up the data in the backend storage area in advance to avoid data loss.
Delete a Single Persistent Volume Claim

Log in to the KubeSphere web console as a user with Federated Project Management permissions and enter your federated project.

Click Persistent Volume Claims in the left navigation pane.

On the right side of the persistent volume claim you want to delete, click
, and then select Delete from the drop-down list.

In the Delete Persistent Volume Claim dialog box, enter the name of the persistent volume claim, and then click OK.
Delete Persistent Volume Claims in Batches

Log in to the KubeSphere web console as a user with Federated Project Management permissions and enter your federated project.

Click Persistent Volume Claims in the left navigation pane.

Select the checkbox on the left of the persistent volume claim you want to delete, then click Delete above the persistent volume claim list.

In the Batch Delete Persistent Volume Claims dialog box, enter the name of the persistent volume claim, then click OK.
Note Use commas (,) and spaces to separate multiple names.
