This section describes how to view application template details.

Prerequisites

  • You need to have the App Store Management permission on the KubeSphere platform. For more information, see Users and Platform Roles.

  • The KubeSphere App Store Management extension must be installed and enabled on the KubeSphere platform.

Steps

  1. Log in to the KubeSphere web console as a user with App Store Management permissions.

  2. In the upper right corner of the page, click the grid icon and select App Store Management.

  3. Click Applications in the left navigation pane.

  4. In the application template list, click the name of an application template to open its details page.

  5. On the Attributes area of the application template details page, view the resource attributes of the application template.

    Parameter Description

    App ID

    The name of the application.

    Status

    The current status of the application template.

    • Not Released: The application template has been created successfully but has not been released to the App Store on the KubeSphere platform.

    • Released: The application template has been created successfully and has been released to the App Store on the KubeSphere platform.

    • Removed: The application template was removed from the App Store on the KubeSphere platform by the App Store administrator.

    Category

    The category to which the application template belongs. Assigning an application template to a category facilitates management. For more information, see Application Categories.

    Type

    The type of application template, such as HELM Application, YAML Application, or Operator Application.

    Workspace

    The workspace where the application template is submitted.

    Creation Time

    The creation time of the application template.

  6. On the Versions tab of the application template details page, view the application versions included in the application template.

    Parameter Description

    Status

    The current status of the application version.

    • Not Submitted: The application version has been uploaded to the workspace but has not been submitted to the KubeSphere platform’s App Store administrator for review.

    • Submitted: The application version has been submitted to the KubeSphere platform’s App Store administrator for review.

    • Published: The application version has been approved by the KubeSphere platform’s App Store administrator and can be listed in the App Store.

    • Rejected: The application version was not approved by the KubeSphere platform’s App Store administrator; the review failed.

    • Unpublished: The application version was unpublished by the App Store administrator after publication, or the application version was delisted from the KubeSphere platform’s App Store by the App Store administrator.

    Version

    The version of the Helm Chart.

    Developer

    The user who uploads application versions.

    Update Time

    The update time of the application version.

  7. On the application template details page, click the App Information tab to view the template’s introduction, screenshots, and version information.

  8. On the App Template details page, click the App Instances tab to view the apps installed on the KubeSphere platform using the app template.

    Parameter Description

    Name

    The name of the app.

    Status

    The current status of the application.

    • Creating: The system is creating the application.

    • Running: The application is running normally.

    • Upgrading: The system is upgrading the application version.

    • Deleting: The system is deleting the application.

    • Failed: The application creation failed.

    Version

    The version of the Helm Chart.

    Project

    The project the app belongs to.

    Cluster

    The cluster the app belongs to.

    Creation Time

    The creation time of the app.
