This section describes how to view the application list.

Prerequisites

You need to join a project and have the Application Instance View permission in the project. For more information, see Project Members and Project Roles.

Steps

  1. Log in to the KubeSphere web console with a user who has Application Instance View permissions and enter your workspace.

  2. Click Application Workloads > Applications in the left navigation pane.

  3. Select a project from the drop-down list in the upper left corner of the page.

    • The application list provides the following information:

      Parameter Description

      Name

      The name of the application.

      Status

      The current status of the application.

      • Creating: The system is creating the application.

      • Created: The application has been created but is not yet running.

      • Running: The application is running normally.

      • Upgrading: The system is upgrading the application version.

      • Deleting: The system is deleting the application.

      • Failed: The application creation failed.

      Workspace

      The workspace to which the application belongs.

      Project

      The project to which the application belongs.

      Cluster

      The cluster to which the application belongs.

      Creator

      The user who created the application.

      Application Type

      The type of the application template, such as Helm Application, YAML Application, or Operator Application.

      Application Template

      The application template used to create the application. Only displayed for template-based applications.

      Version

      The version number of the application.

      • For template-based applications, the Helm Chart version is displayed.

      Update Time

      The time when the application was updated.

    • Click the search box above the list and enter a keyword to search for applications by name.

    • Click refresh in the upper right corner of the list to refresh the list information.

    • Click cogwheel in the upper right corner of the list to customize the information displayed in the list.
