This section describes how to view the project role list.

Prerequisites

You need to join a project and have the Role Viewing permission in the project. For more information, see Project Members and Project Roles.

Steps

  1. Log in to the KubeSphere web console with a user who has Role Viewing permissions and enter your workspace.

  2. Click Project Management > Project Roles in the left navigation pane.

  3. Select a project from the drop-down list in the upper left corner of the page.

    KubeSphere provides the following preset project roles:

    Role Description

    admin

    Project administrator, has all permissions within the project.

    operator

    Project operator, has all permissions within the project except for project settings management, role management, and member management.

    viewer

    Project viewer, has resource viewing permissions within the project.
