This section describes how to remove workspace members.

Note

After a user is removed from a workspace, they will lose the permissions granted by the workspace role. If the user has joined projects within the workspace, they will also be removed from those projects.

Prerequisites

You need to join a workspace and have the Member Management permission in the workspace. For more information, see Workspace Members and Workspace Roles.

Steps

  1. Log in to the KubeSphere web console with a user who has Member Management permissions and enter your workspace.

  2. Click Workspace Settings > Workspace Members in the left navigation pane.

  3. To the right of the workspace member you want to remove, click more, and then select Remove.

  4. In the Remove Member dialog box, enter the username of the workspace member, and then click OK.

    The removed workspace member will no longer appear in the workspace member list.
