This section describes how to view the workspace member list.

Prerequisites

You need to join a workspace and have the Member View permission in the workspace. For more information, see Workspace Members and Workspace Roles.

Steps

  1. Log in to the KubeSphere web console with a user who has Member View permissions and enter your workspace.

  2. Click Workspace Settings > Workspace Members in the left navigation pane.

    • The workspace member list provides the following information:

      Parameter Description

      Name

      The username of the workspace member.

      Status

      The current status of the workspace member.

      • Active: The user’s current status is normal.

      • Pending: The system is creating the user.

      • Disabled: The user is disabled by the platform administrator and cannot log in to the KubeSphere web console.

      • Login Restricted: The user has failed to log in 10 consecutive times within 10 minutes and is prohibited from logging in to the KubeSphere web console for 10 minutes.

      Role

      The role of the workspace member within the workspace.

      Last Login

      The time when the workspace member last logged in to the KubeSphere web console.

    • Click the search box above the list and enter a keyword to search for workspace members by username.

    • Click refresh in the upper right corner of the list to refresh the list information.

    • Click cogwheel in the upper right corner of the list to customize the information displayed in the list.
