This section describes how to edit workspace quota.

In the KubeSphere platform, multiple clusters can be authorized to the same workspace. You can set resource quotas for each cluster in the workspace settings.

Prerequisites

You need to join a workspace and have the Workspace Settings Management permission in the workspace. For more information, see Workspace Members and Workspace Roles.

Steps

  1. Log in to the KubeSphere web console with a user who has Workspace Settings Management permissions and enter your workspace.

  2. Click Workspace Settings > Workspace Quota in the left navigation pane.

  3. Click Edit Quota in the upper right corner of the cluster you want to operate on.

    Parameter Description

    CPU Limit

    The maximum sum of CPU limits for all containers running in the workspace on a single cluster.

    CPU Request

    The maximum sum of CPU requests for all containers running in the workspace on a single cluster.

    Memory Limit

    The maximum sum of memory limits for all containers running in the workspace on a single cluster.

    Memory Request

    The maximum sum of memory requests for all containers running in the workspace on a single cluster.

    Storage Resource Quota

    You can limit the total storage resources under the workspace, including the total storage resources and storage class-related resources.

  4. After modifying the quota, click OK.
