This section describes how to delete a service.

Warning

After deleting the service, you will not be able to access the pods behind it. Please perform this operation with caution.

Prerequisites

You need to join a cluster and have the Application Workload Management permission in the cluster. For more information, see Cluster Members and Cluster Roles.

Delete a Single Service

  1. Log in to the KubeSphere web console with a user who has Application Workload Management permissions and enter your cluster.

  2. Click Application Workloads > Services in the left navigation pane.

  3. On the right side of the service you want to delete, click more, then select Delete from the dropdown list.

  4. In the Delete Service dialog box, confirm and select the related resources to delete, then click OK.

Delete Multiple Services in Batch

  1. Log in to the KubeSphere web console with a user who has Application Workload Management permissions and enter your cluster.

  2. Click Application Workloads > Services in the left navigation pane.

  3. Select the checkbox on the left of the service you want to delete, and then click Delete above the service list.

  4. In the Batch Delete Service dialog box, confirm and select the related resources to be deleted, and then click OK.

    Use commas (,) and spaces to separate multiple names.
