This section describes how to suspend a CronJob.

After a CronJob is suspended, the system will not create and run Jobs at the scheduled future times. Running Jobs are not affected. This operation is only available for CronJobs.

Prerequisites

You need to join a cluster and have the Application Workload Management permission in the cluster. For more information, see Cluster Members and Cluster Roles.

Steps

  1. Log in to the KubeSphere web console with a user who has Application Workload Management permissions and enter your cluster.

  2. Click Application Workloads > CronJobs in the left navigation pane.

  3. Click more on the right side of the CronJob you want to operate, and then select Pause from the drop-down list.

  4. To resume the CronJob, click more on the right side of the CronJob you want to operate, and then select Start from the drop-down list.
