This section describes how to edit workload information.

You can edit the alias and description of a workload. KubeSphere does not support editing the name of a created workload.

Prerequisites

You need to join a cluster and have the Application Workload Management permission in the cluster. For more information, see Cluster Members and Cluster Roles.

Steps

  1. Log in to the KubeSphere web console with a user who has Application Workload Management permissions and enter your cluster.

  2. Click Application Workloads > Workloads in the left navigation pane.

  3. On the Workloads page, click Deployments, StatefulSets, or DaemonSets to open the workload list.

  4. On the right side of the workload you need to operate, click more, then select Edit Information from the dropdown list.

  5. In the Edit Information dialog box, set the alias and description for the workload, then click OK.
