This section describes how to view platform role details.

Prerequisites

You need to have theRole Viewing permission on the KubeSphere platform. For more information, refer to Users and Platform Roles.

Steps

  1. Log in to the KubeSphere web console as a user with Role Viewing permissions.

  2. ClickUser and Role Management.

  3. In the left navigation pane, select Platform Roles.

  4. In the platform roles list, click the name of a platform role to open its details page.

  5. On the platform role details page, view the role’s creator and creation time in the Attributes area.

  6. On the platform role details page, click the Permissions tab to view the permissions held by the current role.

  7. On the platform role details page, click the Authorized Users tab to view users assigned the current platform role.

    Parameter Description

    Username

    The name of the authorized user.

    Status

    The current status of the authorized user.

    • Active: The user’s current status is normal.

    • Pending: The system is creating the user.

    • Disabled: The user is disabled by the platform administrator and cannot log in to the KubeSphere web console.

    • Login Restricted: The user has failed to log in 10 consecutive times within 10 minutes and is prohibited from logging in to the KubeSphere web console for 10 minutes.

    Last Login

    The time when the authorized user last logged into the KubeSphere web console.
