This section describes how to add a KubeSphere license. To update a license, follow the same steps below to add a new one.

Prerequisites

You need to have the Platform Settings Management permission on the KubeSphere platform. For more information, see Users and Platform Roles.

Steps

  1. Log in to the KubeSphere web console as a user with Platform Settings Management permissions.

  2. In the upper right corner of the page, click Component Dock > Platform Settings.

  3. Click License in the left navigation pane.

  4. Click Add License, enter the activation code, and click OK to complete the addition.

    • Click the search box at the top of the list and set search criteria to search for license information of extensions by extension name.

    • Click refresh in the upper right corner of the list to refresh the list information.

    • Click cogwheel in the upper right corner of the list to customize the information displayed in the list.
